Kauai Department of Public Works announced lane shifts and possible lane closures for Haleko Road today. The lane closures are necessary for the public’s safety to allow for crews to conduct roadway and waterline probing. Flaggers will be positioned at the work zone to direct traffic. No parking will be allowed in the work zones.
