County of Kauai Solid Waste Division is launching a countywide survey to gather public input on the island’s long-term solid waste infrastructure. The survey is limited to a randomly selected sample of Kauai residents. The county has contracted Anthology Research to conduct the survey by e-mail, phone, or text messages.
