Kauai’s Housing Agency is opening the application period for the Residential Cesspool Conversion Grant Program. The application window will open on September 8 at 10 AM and end on October 6 at 4:30 PM. The program provides qualified homeowners up to $20-thousand for converting existing cesspools into individual wastewater systems approved by the Hawaii State Department of Health.
