Starwood Capital Group wants to resume maintenance work on the Princeville Makai Woods Golf Course.  Last August, a judge blocked development and ground-disturbing activity at the golf course, due to the anthrax-infected cattle buried under parts of the golf course.  The course has not been in operation since 2021 and wants to develop the land, but has been blocked by the courts.  Starwood back in court in an effort to move forward with development.
