Kauai Police Department will implement road closures and traffic restrictions for the 4th of July. The road closures will be in the vicinity of Vidinha Stadium in Lihue for the Kauai Hospice 33rd Annual Concert in the Sky. KPD will be at major intersections to help direct traffic. The road closures will be in effect starting at 830 and will remain closed for the fireworks show. Closures will include Ho’olako Street and Rice Street.
