Hawaii Attorney General’s Office joined 35 states and the District of Columbia in a settlement with CVS Pharmacy. The settlement resolves claims that the company knowingly submitted or caused to be submitted false claims related to the dispensing of insulin pens. Hawaii’s share of the settlement will be $617,160.
