Kauai Bus Pass Outreach Program is accepting applications from August 3-18. The program provides assistance with bus passes to low-income households and individuals with transportation needs through eligible nonprofit organizations. To be eligible, applicants must be a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization according to the Internal Revenue Code. Applications must be submitted via the Kauai County Connect online system, www.connect.kauai.gov.
