Kauai Police Department identified the victim in Saturday’s homicide in Hanalei. 37-year-old Sergio Reyes Hernandez of Kilauea was found dead in the early morning hours of Saturday, June 6. After an extensive manhunt, 51-year-old William “Billy” Sinclair charged with second-degree murder, second-degree attempted murder, and firearms-related offenses after his arrest on Monday in Kapa.
